Problem Note 53727: %TKMI_JOB_RO benefits_track_highlvl_agg task fails to respond
The SAS® Regular Price Optimization %TKMI_JOB_RO benefits_track_highlvl_agg task might fail to respond. This issue occurs when the benefits_track_highlvl_agg task is unable to correctly determine the status of the unit jobs.
When this occurs, the benefits_track_highlvl_agg job must be killed.
